In 2016, we were hired by Fast Track Media and World Sport to photograph the FINA World Diving Championships, the ITU World Triathlon Series and the FINA Open Water Championships. The events took place at the Abu Dhabi Sailing & Yacht Club over two consecutive weekends.

We photographed the event in its entirety, capturing the athletes preparing and competing in each race, as well as the raw emotions on each contestant’s face as they pushed themselves and achieved their goals. We also focused on showcasing the scale of the event in the number of participants, paired with the stunning Abu Dhabi skyline as the backdrop.

Following the event, these images were used by the International Triathlon Union to promote their event on their social media channels.
